The Cheering Section Buyer's Club

brings buyers with the same needs (mascots, school colors, sport, product type) together to purchase imprinted products without having to buy the entire order themselves.

Who benefits from our Buyer's Club?

• Booster Clubs: Are you tired of losing money on imprinted products?
• School Stores: Are you tripping over boxes of products that were bought three years ago?
• Principals: With all the budget cuts your school has faced, would you like to avoid needless costs that have occurred throughout your school?
• Smaller sized schools: You are able to get imprinted products that may have been out of reach before!
• Fundraisers everywhere: Finally a no risk opportunity to raise money!

How Does the Buyer's Club Work?

Example without the Buyers Club:

An Orange and Black, Tiger school wants to buy seat cushions. The minimum quantity they must purchase is 100. After the cost of the product ($3.75 each), art charges, set-up charges, and shipping costs the orders ends up to be $445.00. The Booster Club ends up only selling 40 of them at $8.00 each, and they end up with only $320.00 (-$125.00) and 60 extra seat cushions that they have to store until the next fundraiser. This was not a successful fundraiser.

Example purchasing with the Buyers Club:

This same Orange and Black, Tiger school wants to buy seat cushions. The Buyers Club is offering an Orange and Black Tiger seat cushion. The club can order any quantity they want and The Cheering Section finds the other interested clubs to get to the required minimum quantity. The club orders 40 seat cushions from the Buyers Club. The cost for the club is $3.75 each for the cushion, art charge (split among all the buyers), set-up charge (split among all the buyers), and shipping. The order ends up costing $168.00. The c lub sells all 40 cushions at $8.00. The club ends up earning $152.00; this was a very profitable fundraiser!

How Do I Sign Up?

Sign up your school or club. Enter your contact information and a wish list of items that you may want to buy now or in the future. The Cheering Section will notify the contact person within your organization when an offer comes up that fits your needs or wish list. (Multiple clubs within the same organization or school can join since you may have different needs.) The Buyers Club offers are available for a limited time only so we can process orders in a timely manner. The Cheering Section wants the Buyers Club to be a two way street, please make recommendations for product ideas anytime.
